چکیده
A total of 36 colocated QTLs associated with plant production traits were mapped using IR62266/Norungan recombinant inbred lines under drought and non-stress conditions in target populations environment. Multi-model composite interval mapping multi-environment analysis detected seven consistent for on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 6, 10 11. height, number tillers, biomass, spikelet fertility grain yield identified chr. 1 (RM5389-RM11943-RM5794), 2 (RM324-RM5390 RM12460-RM423-RM5345), 3 (RM6329-RM5475-RM16030), 6 (RM508-RM585-RM217), (RM7361-RM8207) 11 (RM209-RM6499) this study have been reported as meta-QTLs drought. Consistent positive allelic contribution from the landrace, Norungan was shown at two while IR62266 showed effect QTL 10. At other four regions confounded stress condition, instance region straw additive all trials, trials allele came IR62266. Epistasis non-additive effects its relative small. Relatively small percentage variation explained by x environment interaction (0.28 - 1.77%), but larger than that across environments (0.05 0.35%). These may genes evolutionarily conserved response to could be ideal candidates rice improvement water-limited environments.

Mapping QTL with additive effects and additive x additive epistatic interactions for plant architecture in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
In bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), crop height is an important determinant of agronomic performance. To map QTLs with additive effects and additive×additive epistatic interactions, 148 recombinant inbred lines and their parents, (‘YecoraRojo’ and Iranian landrace (No. #49)) were evaluated under normal and water deficit conditions. The experiments were carried out on research farms of Mahaba...
متن کاملMapping QTLs for Physiological Traits Associated with Drought Tolerance in Rice (Oryza Sativa L.)
Drought is the most important limiting factor for crop production and it is becoming an increasingly severe problem in many regions of the world [1]. According to FAO statistics, the percentage of drought affected land areas more than doubled from the 1970s to the early 2000s in the world [2]. Drought is a world-spread problem seriously influencing grain production and quality and with increasi...

In the current study, a set of 96 recombinant inbred lines (RIL) at F8, derived from a cross between two varieties, Anbarbu (sensitive to drought stress) and Sepidroud (tolerant to drought stress) were used. The experiment was performed at Gonbad Kavous located in the Golestan province of Iran in 2010–2011 using two augmented designs at normal and stress conditions, separately. The RIL populati...

Rice yield as a complex trait is the main target in most rice breeding programs. To map the main and epistatic QTLs controlling grain yield and yield components, an experiment was carried out using a 129 F6 recombinant inbred lines population (IRA population) originated from a cross between Alikazemi / IR67017-180-2-1-2, in 2015 growing season in two locations, Rasht and Tonekabon, Iran. The e...
